There's an open field next door with a State plaque on the road commemorating the "Battle of Booneville" during the Civil War. There's just so much history down here in the South. No matter where you stand you get goosebumps.

I also like the Southern States in general. Not only because of its rich history but also because of the climate and laws. The only critical issue is the cost of land and housing.
