- Front man/leader of Lightnin Rod & The Thunderbolts. We recently won the 2018 Josie Award for Blues Group of the Year and also the Silver Medal in the Global Music Awards. We have 4 album releases & our recent album, Delta time, has been played on over 400 radio stations. We have performed in several states, mostly at blues festivals, fairs, & theatres.
