We live in a truly global marketplace, where a songwriter can have his or her music, made in many differing global locations.
I recently had the drums to a track put down by a drummer in his studio in France, I put the guitars and bass down here in Somerset UK, the sax was done in another part of the UK, and a Nashville vocalist added vocals at his own studio in Music City! It came back here to be mixed!

Working as I do, in my own studio in the UK, often writing Nashville style material, I severely lack good country and country/rock vocalists, male and female, who have access to their own studios to lay vocal tracks down for me.
I don't have session vocalist budgets available, but do offer the following if the vocal delivery is good enough to send to pitch....

There are many very talented songwriters out there, who cannot break down the 'gatekeepers' at music publishing houses, to get their material heard, so are there other ways a songwriter can get his/her music heard and in front of artists and bands? The answer is yes!

I have been in the music business for around 40 years and are one of the few that have made a reasonable living and stayed the course. However, along the way, I have had to encounter some real egos who start to believe their own publicity!
There are many record company execs, A&R's, and even one hit pop wonders, who treat people like crap when they are at the top, and then wonder why they get no sympathy when they fall (and they usually do!).
