Tell us about yourself:: Salina Solomon is a New York Songwriter, who recently moved to Nashville. Her love of music began at the age of six, when she picked up the cello; followed by, several other instruments. By age twelve, Salina was composing songs with the guitar. She attended the Long Island High School for the Arts in Syosset, New York majoring in classical voice and a concentration in composition. During this time, she was a part of the New York All State Chorus in 2007 and 2008. Salina furthered her education at the conservatory of music at SUNY Purchase. She graduated in 2012 and has a Bachelor's degree in Studio Composition. In addition, Salina began her Master's Degree in Music Business at the University of Westminster in London, UK. As of now, Salina has written over 465 songs with catchy melodies, and inspirational lyrics. She has an EP coming out in the Spring of 2014. You can find her music at soundcloud.com/mynameisbase
