Born and raised in  Northern Alberta , Clayton Bellamy brings farm boy muscle to his music  When he wasn't racing motocross ,he was hurtling across the prairie in a pick-up searching for trouble and some sort of truth in the honky tonks of Western Canada. Inspired by the likes of Petty, Springsteen, and Steve Earle, Bellamy’s songs evoke the imagery of hard working people with big dreams, and endless highways to broken hearts. He found fame as a  member of one of Canada's biggest bands “The Road Hammers”, but his time has come to stake his claim as the next great Blue Collar songsmith.   A four time Canadian Country Music Award Winner, SOCAN Songwriter of the year ,and JUNO Award winner, and television star, this high  energy singer songwriter is not to be overlooked.
