My first steps in country music has been in the 80th....we went on a country event in Holland...You may not know them but...it was Ben Stenneker and the Mayor Dundee Band, they had there performance that night.I was sitting there and thought:"Oh my Goodness, this is for old people, not for me!"But then they where singing songs, I start liking and then I started country line dance, first under instruction and then I was the Instructor myself, had my exams at the NTA(National Teachers Association in Las Vegas), made it to Director for Germany. In between all that - I had an chemical accident in 1996 it nearly took my life, it was hard and still is. I have three beautiful daughters, in the age of 9, 13 & 14 years and I could not be with them, because I had to learn everything new...I was in a trauma clinic and often didn´t know my name or the name of my neighbours and than I panic...but through all this...I believed in God and I had country music and these for many so strange combination brought me back into the world of today.......and since those times....country music is following me, wherever I go. Music and dancing and of course my believe in God, made me see my children grow up and see my grandchildren be born...that is what I asked in all the pain and misery. I have made it til today and I´am grateful for the moments this combination has given to me....I´m still in pain - everyday, but music and my believe makes me stand above all this............So my first moments in country music left there footprints............they are next to me...day in and out...keep me going...so I can say country music was not only my first love, but my eternal love!!!
