Tell us about yourself:: Been loving, singing and writing country music since I was knee high to a grass hopper.. What else can I say! Here's some more info from my Bio:

In late 2013 Don Allen finished recording his 4th album, ‘Only Time Will Tell’ in Nashville, Tennessee with CMG Records. Don was thrilled to have this opportunity to record in the USA and loved every second of this experience. Being able to work with such incredible writers, musicians and producers was really a dream come true. Don is very excited about this new album which features some seriously talented session musicians and of the twelve tracks, two were written by Don himself.
Always recognised for his rich, velvety vocals, Dons voice is like a fine wine that keeps getting better as the years go by.

Originally from New Zealand, Don has been singing country music since he was a young boy. He has worked all over Australia and New Zealand, appeared on several television shows in Australia, New Zealand and the USA, starred in musicals and has worked with some of the best in the business. He has won numerous awards and accolades and no doubt there will be more to come.

Don’s previous albums have been very successful. He was signed to Comstock Records in the United States who spearheaded the release of his albums in Europe where he is still receiving airplay today. Also a talented songwriter, Don’s first three albums contain much of his own work as well as cover versions of unforgettable country classics. Don’s music is available via his website and on iTunes. The albums currently avail- able are: Let It Be Me, For The Life Of Me & One For The Road.

The new album, Only time Will Tell, has had two singles released so far, Old Guitar and No One Loves Here Anymore, and the full album will be released in May 2015.

(He was in Nashville recording at Breeden's Studio). Don and the CEO of the Agency that recently signed him drove down and both graced our stage on our Friday and Saturday shows. Having Don on stage with our southern states players and those very famous players from the International Steel Guitar Hall of Fame was very impressive for all. When Don closed our programs on Saturday night singing "How Great Thou Art", the audience was standing up after the third measure. Now, all I hear from everyone that was here is "...when will Don Allen be back?" I am honored for his genuine friendship and wish him the best success in our entertainment field of the good music we love. Appreciate this site very much.
