Tell us about yourself:: Based out of Nashville TN, The Nick Matthews Band brings their own sound and style to Blues cover songs in addition to their original music. They owe their ever expanding fan base to playing 100 + dates a year at State Fairs, Concerts, Bike Rallies, Clubs, Festivals, Corporate Events, and opening for nationally known recording artists.

Their album - “Blues From The Wild Side” climbed to #25 on the APD Global Top 50 Charts. They had a #6 Hit with Born Ready and they have had 12 top ten chart songs!

They are a three time nominee for IMN Group Of The Year, winner of the IMN Impact Artist Of The Year Award, nominated for ICMA Band Of The Year Award, and Glenn Steed (bassist for the group) was nominated for the 2016 Nashville Universe Musician Of The Year, and the ICMA 2012 & 2014 Musician Of The Year Award.

I need to get MUCH better to communicate through NU and for that matter the Social Media (FB and Twitter) and now that all our 18 songs are out since we formed up in the Summer of 20122 with two more in the pipeline, I am going to spend more time "in the NU "neighborhood."
