Tell us about yourself:: Carmella Inchierchiera has proven she has the talent to write hit songs, fourteen of her songs hit the Top 10 on the Independent Music Network's Country and Mainstream Charts. Carmella's song Fallen Heroes 9-11 Co-written with Nelson Blanchard was Nominated by The Independent Country Music Association for ( Song of the Year ). On April 28th, 2013 Carmella took home two Awards, the Female Songwriter of the Year Award plus Carmella and Nelson Blanchard received the Songwriting Team of the Year Award when she attended The Teddy Bear Festival in Lebanon Tennessee to benefit The Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Carmella has Donated songs she wrote or Co-wrote to five different Organization's for their Charity released Cd's. Carmella has been nominated seven times for Songwriter of the Year and has been awarded five. Many of her songs have hit #1 on various Radio Stations,. Carmella has won a '"Suggested Artist" Award, two "Honorable Mention" Awards a "Runner Up" Award plus a "Semi Finalist" placement Award all from Vh1's, Song of The Year., She also had a two and a half year run on The Independent Music Network Charts staying on every week but four and has been featured on many of the Sites where she is a member. You can hear Carmella's Music on both Internet and Mainstream Radio, She is planning to release a new Cd titled ( Songwriters Two ) this Fall.
